Health Guarantee / Contract:
1). Seller guarantees that "Puppy" is in good health at the time of transfer of ownership and that he or she has received age appropriate medical inoculations, wormings and medical care. Seller will provide Buyer with written documentation of all medical care pup has received while in Seller's care, and any future care Seller feels is essential to Puppy's well being.
2). Seller guarantees Puppy to be free of life threatening diseases or disabilities for 72 hours after tranfer of puppy to Buyer. SELLER STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THE PUPPY BE EXAMINED BY BUYERS VETERINARIAN WITHIN 72 HOURS! Should a life threatening disease or condition be discovered by Buyer within 72 hours of receipt of Puppy, and attested to in writting by Buyers veterinarian ( with contact information), Seller will provide Buyer with a replacement pup of the same sex, breed and quality. If no Puppy is available, Seller may choose a pup of equal quality/price from the next available litter or a refund of 100% of the PURCHASE price of__________. Seller is not responsible for any veterinary costs or shipping expenses.
3). Seller further guarantees Puppy to be free from any life threatening , or crippling genetic disorders until 2 years of age or until the Puppy is bred whichever occurs first. This guarantee is for replacement only. No refunds given after 72 hours.
4). Buyer affirms that Puppy being purchased will be owned by Buyer or a Member of Buyers immediate family and is NOT being purchased for resale.
5). Buyer affirms that said Puppy is being purchased as a companion and will be raised indoors. He/ she will not be chained nor allowed to run loose.
6). In the event that Buyer is unable to keep puppy FOR ANY REASON , or should Buyer decide that he /she no longer wants to keep the Puppy, seller retains FIRST option to buy Pup back at a price mutually agreed upon by Buyer and Seller but not to exceed 75% of the origional purchase price of:___________ ****Under no cicumstances will Buyer demean Gloryhound Kennels by placing Puppy or its offspring with a Commercial breeder, broker, or any type of animal shelter situation. Nor will Puppy be used for fighting or any other illegal activity.
7). Puppy is being sold as pet quality. Seller makes no guarantee as to pups ability to Show , work or breed. Any such evaluation is solely the responsibility of the Buyer.
8). If Puppy is sold with Full AKC Registration then " Gloryhound's" MUST appear in their registered name.
9). No dog produced by Gloryhound Kennels may be bred to any dog that is not Registered with The AKC or UKC.
***GloryHound Kennels produced Doberman shall not be bred to or by any WZ factored Doberman .. Period.
10). Should Buyer choose to break any of the above portions of this agreement, the remainder of of the agreement shall be considered null and void.
***This guarantee applies to the origional Buyer only and is NOT TRANSFERABLE.
11). Buyer and seller mutually agree that this agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Alabama and may not be altered, modified, or rescinded unless documented in writing by both Buyer and Seller.
The undersigned agree to uphold all the covenants of this agreement as of this______day of______________20____
